For some people, the global crisis has almost terminated their hopes. But on the other side, the global crisis has significantly raised our struggling ability. One way or another, we were pushed to survive no matter the conditions are. This condition also applies to the banks. As one most important factor in the economic, the banks also need to struggle during the global crisis. Many banks decided to start a merger one to another to prevent bankruptcy. Some other banks try to survive bay rearranging some managerial rules.
Some other banks try to survive by changing some operational procedures. One of the operational procedures that they have changed is the banking procedures. Many people complained that the banks have too many complicated procedures that somehow made them don’t want to deal with the banks. The banks realized that if they maintain the old rules, they might not be able to survive. So, in order to attract more customers, the banks decided to simplify all the banking procedures including the credit application.
Many governments in the world also pushed the banks to do that, in order to give some micro and small business to develop their businesses by applying some loans for their development process.
